At Carnage, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
